Managed to cycle to work and get a gym visit in - the dream is coming alive. Very impressed that my work colleagues got to 2:30pm before any mention of Jade. Spoke to the chefs about meringue and now have reason for it's caramel look - too much sugar and too higher temp. Third batch will have to wait a couple of days.
Had a singing session with Lyd, we went over the songs for the Gala and PAC performance and then chose some new material.
